Sidas tapered Heel Lifts are an indispensable aid when it comes to correcting the fit of ski boots or other types of footwear. Usually fitted inside the liner underneath the insole they help the fit in many ways by subtly changing the position of the foot in the boot. They can help alleviate pressure around the ankle bones, calf muscle and can allow the foot to slide further back in the boot and take pressure off the toes.
